Broderick new Grand Prix favourite for Friday’s Jumping In The City Final
TIPPERARY’S Greg Broderick and the Irish Sport Horse MHS Automatic are the new favourites with Paddy Power, ahead of tomorrow’s (Friday) The Underwriting Exchange Limited Grand Prix at “Jumping In The City” in Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium, Dublin.
Broderick and the 10 year old gelding had opened last week as third favourites priced at 7/1 but following a convincing win at Galway County Show on Sunday they are now priced at 3/1 to win the Jumping In The City final.
World number five Bertram Allen and Olympic individual bronze medallist Cian O’Connor are joint second favourites priced at 7/2, with former world champion Dermott Lennon next at 11/2.
The Underwriting Exchange Limited Grand Prix is part of an action packed evening planned for Shelbourne Park’s Jumping In The City, getting underway at 6.15pm with the West Wood Ifor Williams Amateur final, while the Devenish Puissance will follow the Grand Prix.
Tickets for The Underwriting Exchange Limited Jumping In The City final cost €15 for adults, children under 14 are free and a Student and OAP rate of €10 will apply.
