Sunday 15th February see  the start of a  new season in Showjumping with the opening leg of the HSI Connolly”s RED MILLS Spring Tour in Kildare International hosted by the Gaffney Family of Rathmore, Naas in Co. Kildare.

An interesting concept to the Tour this season is a league running along side the main Tour which will cater for the Pro Am athletes in the Tour (riders who do not make their living from riding horses).  It is important that riders declare themselves for this section by emailing to: showjumpers2010@gmail.coom.

Castlefield Sporthorses are once again sponsoring the 7 & 8 year old league within the tour with one new restriction- that all the horses competing in this section have a passport with breeding recorded.

Looking forward to exciting times ahead with the influx of young horses jumping and last year’s babies developing into real  champions.

Roll on  15 th February and the start of the jumping season.
